Our move was taken care of by Gareth the owner. From the very start, communication was speedy and helpful. We underestimated the size and number of containers we needed (4 bedroom house actually equals 3 or 4 large 12 meter cubed boxes!) and had to recontact Gareth to get initial quote amended. This was absolutely no issue to get the quote changed or the delivery dates. Gareth turned up on time, was friendly, helpful and expert at dealing with a very awkward driveway. He turned up on time, set up the containers for us and picked them p promptly. At the other end, delivery was a breeze with Gareth again going all out to get all our containers to us on the same day and helping s "debox" as well. Really cannot speak highly enough of Box2Go and the friendly, efficient service provided. Would we use them again - we sur would. He'll bring a box to you and keep it safe for you whilst you do what needs done. Then he'll deliver it to your destination of choice. Sooooo much easier than removal companies and hiring a van! Definitely far superior to loading up the car/van to take to a storage unit then moving back out of that when you are ready. Way too much handling! So simple, so easy, and not at all expensive. The service is excellent from start to finish, really simple to organise, and super convenient. Pricing is very affordable compared to traditional moving or storage options.
